IN THE MOUTH, THERE IS A TWILIGHT
In the Mouth, There is a Twilight : A Journey of Love and Self-Discovery In the Mouth, There is a Twilight is a gripping theatrical piece that delves into the complexities of love, identity, and human connection. Written by Haya Hosni and directed by Remi Sarmini, the play follows two actors—voluntarily exiled from the world of theater—as they reunite for one final night. Their relationship, teetering on the edge of collapse, becomes a battleground of confidence, repulsion, and attraction.
Through their intertwined fragments, the play explores profound questions: Are we truly who we claim to be? Can we confront the truth within ourselves? And how do we recognize love only when it’s slipping away? Set against the faint light of dawn, this production is a haunting meditation on the human condition.
